Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Requests must be in writing, please. If you would like your new prescription posted to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your request. You can also send your requests by fax (01932 859851) or via this website (to register for this please enquire at reception), but we CANNOT accept requests over the phone.

Make sure you allow sufficient time for the prescription to be prepared; this can take two working days from when we receive your requests.
