Surgery Times
Monday to Friday:
Morning 8.30 to 11.00am
Afternoon 3.20 to 6.00pm
When you arrive for your appointment, please "check in" using the touchscreen at reception and watch for your name to appear on the illuminated board or listen for your name to be called over the loudspeaker. It is essential you let us know, as soon as you can, if you are unable to keep your appointment, as failure to do so may render you liable to being removed from our patient list.
The practice co-operates with local medical schools in the teaching of undergraduate medical students by giving them practical experience in general practice. A student will sometimes accompany one of the doctors and you will be advised of this at the reception desk. You may ask that the student does not remain present during your consultation.
Out Of Hours & Emergencies
Surrey Primary Care Trust has the responsibility for providing emergency
medical cover for the patients of all the practices in their area, outside of
normal surgery hours, and they have a contract with ThamesDoc to undertake this
service. If you need a doctor when the health centre is closed, ring the out-of-hours
number (020 8390 9991) and you will get through to ThamesDoc, unless it is between
8.00 - 8.30am Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, when you should telephone
01932 826039.
You may also be able to obtain assistance by contacting the walk-in centre at the health centre premises on 01932 826013 (open Monday to Friday 7.00am to 7.00pm, weekends and Bank Holidays 9.00am to 3.00pm) or NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or at www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk for 24 hour health information and advice.
